Deliveries are sent to the delivery address indicated in the order.
Delivery costs are invoiced in addition to the price of the product, unless otherwise stipulated and confirmed prior to the validation of the order.
The delivery methods, times and prices may vary depending on the geographical area and the delivery service chosen by you when validating the order. The related information is provided before confirmation of the order.
Subject to their availability, the products ordered are delivered within the time indicated during the validation of the order. In any event, the Company will make its best efforts to deliver to you within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from Acceptance.
The delivery time includes the processing and delivery time and the shipping time of the order.

You must inspect the products received and notify the company of any reservations as to their condition and/or non-compliance before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
A sample of each product ordered is provided with your order. The company therefore invites you to test the samples first before opening and using the products.
If you do not like a product, you have a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the order to change your mind and return it in order to obtain a refund, provided that its blister packaging and carton are intact and the product has not been used.
No opened product can be taken back, in particular for reasons of hygiene.
To exercise your right to return, you must send the Company a return request by e-mail to contact@judith-paris.com or directly on your customer area. A confirmation e-mail with precise return instructions will be sent to you (return address, voucher to slip into the package, etc.).
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you for any return from Metropolitan France.
Outside Metropolitan France, the return costs will be entirely at your expense.
Products that have been the subject of a return request must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the return confirmation email. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to refuse reimbursement.
Reimbursement of the price of returned Products can only take place after inspection of the Products and will take place according to the same payment methods as those used when ordering.
