Packages are delivered directly to the mailboxes for all deliveries in France. If your mailbox is not big enough and you are not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in the box. You can also choose to receive your package in a relay point, by choosing the delivery via Mondial Relay at the time of payment.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the products you do not wish to keep. These products must be unopened and in their original condition.
If you wish to make a return, contact our customer service at email@example.com. To facilitate the process, please provide us with your order number, the list of products you wish to return and the reason for the return.
We will then send you by email a return label allowing you to send back your items. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.
The return of your package will be done by the same carrier that you have previously selected for your shipment.
Via Colissimo, you can choose to make a return request directly from your mailbox on the Colissimo website or choose to drop your package off at a Colissimo relay point.
Via Mondial Relay, you can drop off your parcel in an approved relay point.
In all cases, we advise you to keep your proof of deposit.
In case of withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 days, after receipt and verification of the returned products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one used at the time of purchase.
We do not offer exchanges. If you don’t want to keep your products, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org in order to proceed to a return.
When your order is validated, you will receive an confirmation email with your order number. If your JUDITH account is active, you will find your order in your customer area, under the section “My orders”.
First, please check if a direct debit has been made. t is possible that the payment was not successful and that your order was not validated. If you have been debited, we advise you to check your junk mail.
If you still have not received an email, it is perhaps that your email address contains an error: in this case, write to us on email@example.com so that we can check and send you your confirmation email.
Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, your products will be shipped within three business days.
In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, in which case we will contact you by email.
Finally, if an ordered product is not immediately available, it will be shipped as soon as possible and your credit card will be charged at the time of shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to consult the delivery steps on the website of the chosen carrier.

None of our products are tested on animals, in accordance with the law in force in the European Union.
All our perfumes are vegan, which means that none of our care products contain any component of animal origin.
Our products should be kept in dry area and at room temperature. Long-term exposure to light may alter the product. However, we control the stability of our products in order to guarantee the maximum longevity of our perfumes.

For any purchase, you will receive our range of perfumes in the form of samples. For a first purchase or a gift, you will be able to test our perfumes in sample format and consolidate your choice before opening the perfume. This will allow you to return your perfume if it was not your favorite among our collection.

At every stage of design, we have favored recyclable materials, as well as the most ecological transportation solutions.
Smaller packaging sizes are made of glass, and larger ones of recyclable plastic, in order to avoid being too heavy. We are already looking for alternative solutions, with the ambition to use only recycled plastic. For all of our tubes, we have chosen aluminum. Very light and resistant, it is one of the only materials that can be recycled over and over again, without losing quality. Moreover, it does not let air through: you can use your care until the end without leaving a drop, on top of this, the conservation is far more efficient.
All of our containers are flat: the packages are smaller, and the carbon footprint is preferred. In most cases, your order can be delivered directly to your mailbox.
