The related information is provided before confirmation of the order.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Subject to their availability, the products ordered are delivered within the time indicated during the validation of the order. In any event, the Company will make its best efforts to deliver to you within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from Acceptance.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">The delivery time includes the processing and delivery time and the shipping time of the order.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">For any special request, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by email at the following address: contact@judith-paris.com.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">You must inspect the products received and notify the company of any reservations as to their condition and\/or non-compliance before the expiry of the withdrawal period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04b230b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04b230b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RETURN AND REFUND<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1dcfadc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1dcfadc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">A sample of each product ordered is provided with your order. The company therefore invites you to test the samples first before opening and using the products.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">If you do not like a product, you have a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the order to change your mind and return it in order to obtain a refund, provided that its blister packaging and carton are intact and the product has not been used.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">No opened product can be taken back, in particular for reasons of hygiene.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">To exercise your right to return, you must send the Company a return request by e-mail to contact@judith-paris.com or directly on your customer area. A confirmation e-mail with precise return instructions will be sent to you (return address, voucher to slip into the package, etc.).<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you for any return from Metropolitan France.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Outside Metropolitan France, the return costs will be entirely at your expense.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Products that have been the subject of a return request must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the return confirmation email.
